You can expect from our SE_reports application
to provide spreadsheets with tax records templates and sample user data,
to retrieve and display your MTD ITSA data using Application Programming Interface (API),
to show for preview and submit to HMRC the tax records on your requests,
to display error messages returned by HMRC API,
to conform to our data Privacy Policy.
You can also expect from us
to reply to your queries and suggestions and fix application problems
to keep application and tax records templates updated to correspond to the latest HMRC API versions
to report HMRC API bugs and errors back to HMRC Live Services Team
You will need to have HMRC Government Gateway user ID account and password.

You will also need to register with HMRC to participate in Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self Assessment
(MTD ITSA).

You will need your National Insurance Number to login to HMRC.
You can work with data previously submitted to HMRC by other MTD ITSA solution providers.
You agree to not reverse-compile or decompile, analyze, reverse-engineer, reverse-assemble or disassemble, unlock or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the SE_reports web application.
We aim for availability of SE_reports application at 99% uptime.
While we try to ensure that our service is error free, we cannot guarantee that your files will not be damaged, deleted, or lost. You acknowledge that you have a copy of your tax files, and Academy of Energy will not be responsible for any failure caused by files sent to HMRC API.
Academy of Energy is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits, whether or not foreseeable and any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising from any other claim arising out of your use of the SE_reports web application.
You can stop using SE_reports web application at anytime.
The data you submitted to HMRC will still be available to other MTD ITSA solution providers.
We may change, update, or discontinue parts of the service or the service in its entirety without liability to you or anyone else.
